“Fear and Anxiety” : 4 March 2017

Exploration of the universality of the experience of Fear and Anxiety and how it constricts consciousness, how it reduces our capacity for ‘hereness” and programmes our perception, feeling and thinking. Establishing the conditions for expanding and decompressing with a possibility of a return to contact with the inner quality of safety, trust and willingness of heart.

TEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES

Events at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching. Instead our teachers rely on the generosity of participants for their livelihood. You will be invited to make a financial contribution to the teacher’s livelihood at the event.

Standard: £32.00 (£39.20 with lunch) – This covers our costs but not the cost of providing supported places Sponsor: £45.00 (£52.20 with lunch) – A voluntary higher rate enabling us to offer supported rate places Supported: £20.00 (£27.20 with lunch) – For those unable to afford the standard rate

Please pay the sponsor rate if you can.

If you are unable to afford the supported rate please let us know. We try to ensure that no one is turned away because of lack of funds.

LUNCH: is available in Jamyang’s café (a vegetarian main meal plus salads – drinks are not included).  If you’d like to book this, please pay when you book your ticket for the event.

SEATING: Chairs and mats will be provided; bring your own cushion if you prefer to sit on the floor.

REGISTRATION: will open at 9.30am; the teachings will begin at 10.00am
